Bad Service from Pentravel and Thompson
I am currently experiencing bad service from pentravel and Thompson.
Since my purchase in 2019, i have had to pay in many time, to which i understand.
I even lost my mango spend on the flight to zanzibar.
During my trip to zanzibar, i lost my mom and had to come back. i completed the claim process.
The insurer is awaiting the flight return value and confirmation, so that they can proceed.
it is almost 3 months.
The problem is ***** of Pentravel - Cresta does not give timeous feedback. Every time i have to ask for feedback and get all sorts of excuses. I even asked for the Compliance details and that of Thompson, so that i can escalate my query, to date no response or not even answering my request when feedback is provide. i have 3 mails now post last week feedback, simply no response from her.
If this matter is not resolved or contact made with me, i am going share my experience for both service provides on every social platform to raise awareness of the poor service.
There is a lack of care and empathy to long standing clients. i would never recommend any one to use Pentravel cresta ever. Report
