False advertising
went to fairprice Vanderbijlpark to do a laybye and also buy a heater. I couldn't buy a heater because it's put of stock but it's on display so I want to understand what kind of false advertising is that according to my understanding what is still on display is available so now that is a false advertising according to Customer Protection Action Act 58 of 2008.
