I took out a copy of Game of Thrones which would not play on my DVD player. I phoned Video Spot and spoke to owner/manager Gary. He had no other copies in stock but managed to source a copy and delivered it to my door within an hour. I was truly amazed and impressed.This is excellent service in a country in which, sadly, poor service and inefficiency is becoming widespread and acceptable.
Gary is a new owner/manager and I'm sure will make his branch of Video Spot a great success. I shall certainly recommend it to everyone I know.
