Poor quality product
Good day, It is with great disappointment that I send this email regarding the POOR quality of the products you sell in your stores. I bought the kids naartjie sneakers attached in the pictures below from Naartjie, Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein, less than 6 months ago.
The shoes have never been dispensed in water, they are worn by a less than two year old boy on special occasions only. But they are already torn and in no condition to be worn for such occasions anymore.
This is really unsatisfactory and yields the scepticism for one to call again or recommend the store to others. I believe it is imperative for the quality of products you sell to match the caliber of the store and its perceived prestigious reputation. It is NOT the case in this regard.
Your assistance on the resolution of this matter will be highly appreciated.
