change of address
we bought sayo units online but we put a wrong address so I wanted to change it so I called fair price at dobsonville asking them to help me I was told that they cant help me I must call online service for help the number that they gave me it ring and drop no answer. then I decided to send an email at help desk and enquires @ fair price they told me that customer service will call me I'm still waiting for that call even now.can you please help with a letter to collect from them . invoice number is inv- 622824

I am unable to leave my purchase same day, which is a cash purchase..Is there in store but can't have it. I have to wait for my item!
So this system it should review due to growing interest of more customers or clients who wants to support fairprice..

Disappointed
I bought a bed and a fridge in fair price vosloorus, I received the fridge the next day, it's almost 2 Weeks now, I'm waiting for my bed, no one is calling me to explain why I haven't received my bed. The store phone doesn't get answered when I call. The lady that assisted me her service was horrible it's no wonder I haven't received my bed. Her name is N****. by

False advertising
went to fairprice Vanderbijlpark to do a laybye and also buy a heater. I couldn't buy a heater because it's put of stock but it's on display so I want to understand what kind of false advertising is that according to my understanding what is still on display is available so now that is a false advertising according to Customer Protection Action Act 58 of 2008. by

Poor service
I bought wardrobe at Botshabelo Fair Price last month on 20th May they delivered boards only and said they will come and install the wardrobe even now am still waiting, today I went there to hear what matters they told me that other guy said he is coming to my side.. Repairs
Your return policy sucks ,my unit was booked for repairs over a month ago , and yet I must wait another 35 days . You guys are very incompetent, lack of communication and service delivery. But to take money from customers is very nice .
Very poor sevice
I did a laybye on a fridge and paid it off at Mabopane Fair Price and they told me about 7 days delivery even the website lies to potential clients about the "fast delivery", but to my surprise 7 days lapses and i had to make a follow up on why they are taking so long only to find that the product i paid for is out of stock and i apparently have to go to the store again choose a different product which i dont even want and they didnt even have the audacity to call, the service is very poor i even regret purchasing anything from that store and i wouldnt even advise anyone to make any purchase there, the service is poor and very misleading.
