Naartjie garments are made almost entirely from 100% cotton, pre –shrunk and garment dyed. Garment dying means that the clothes are dyed after theyve been stitched up. It is a more expensive process, but you get much more vibrant colour this way. The clothes have a softer and more complex feel because of the unique washing process that we use, and it also means they are 100% pre-shrunk. At Naartjie, we are obsessed with quality, so you can rest assured – the clothes you buy will be handed down from brother to brother, generation to generation. We absolutely adore what we do, and we hope you have as much fun wearing our clothes as we have making them for you.At Naartjie we take pride in the high standard of quality of our merchandise and we stand 100% behind everything we sell. Our clothing is pre-washed and pre-shrunk and surpasses the industry standard for shrinkage and to ensure the garments are colour fast. Should you experience any quality problems or defects in our merchandise, please return it at your nearest Naartjie store and we will replace it with another garment.

Poor quality product
Good day, It is with great disappointment that I send this email regarding the POOR quality of the products you sell in your stores. I bought the kids naartjie sneakers attached in the pictures below from Naartjie, Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein, less than 6 months ago.
The shoes have never been dispensed in water, they are worn by a less than two year old boy on special occasions only. But they are already torn and in no condition to be worn for such occasions anymore.
This is really unsatisfactory and yields the scepticism for one to call again or recommend the store to others. I believe it is imperative for the quality of products you sell to match the caliber of the store and its perceived prestigious reputation. It is NOT the case in this regard.
Your assistance on the resolution of this matter will be highly appreciated.
