we bought sayo units online but we put a wrong address so I wanted to change it so I called fair price at dobsonville asking them to help me I was told that they cant help me I must call online service for help the number that they gave me it ring and drop no answer. then I decided to send an email at help desk and enquires @ fair price they told me that customer service will call me I'm still waiting for that call even now.can you please help with a letter to collect from them . invoice number is inv- 622824

Very poor service and scamming us in the name of transport
I bought items but I can't leave with them using my own transport,I'm told to pay transport even after I paid the imposed transport fee 5 days have passed I haven't received my furniture I swear this is my last purchase in fair price mabopane
