The units at Duzamanzi are STYLISH, SPACIOUS AND MODERN !! It is situated on the Ramsgate Lagoon and marked as a BLUE FLAG beach.Duzamanzi units have stunning lagoon and seaviews. Many restaurants can be found 5 to 10 minutes drive away, one being the famous Waffle House.The apartment is designed for easy living with open plan lounge/kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary needs, with fridge/ deep freeze, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV and DStv decoder are available (bring own card), and DVD for those rainy days when you want to snuggle up and hire a movie. There are 3 bedrooms - main bedroom en-suite leading on to the veranda (sea view), and the 2 bedrooms at the back comprise both 2 single beds. Linen is provided but guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels. The apartment is not serviced but you may hire your own maid if required. Duzamanzi is fenced and gated and has its own swimming pool, and braai area for those times when you would prefer to be at home.
