Our Pre-Employment medical examination provides a baseline health assessment for a worker before they enter a role with an employer. The examination assists with risk management and identifies whether a worker is medically suitable in the role in which they are applying. A standard Pre-Employment includes: Blood pressure, Vision, Height, Weight, Urinalysis. Doctor review: Peripheral vision, Oral and ear, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Abdominal, Skin, Nervous system, Basic musculoskeletal.
MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE
Medical surveillance consists of a systematic programme for your employees that offer entry or pre-employment medical checks, periodical medical surveillance and exit medical examinations. The purpose of an employee medical surveillance programme is to determine whether employees are fit for duty by using the criteria, as set out on a main job specification supplied to us by the employer.
These occupational medicals are carried out at our Occupational Health Clinic or conveniently On-Site by our qualified team of occupational health practitioners, occupational health nurses or, if prescribed, by an occupational medical practitioner.
