A credit/refund may not be issued if the product is not defective or is returned without authorization. Before returning any product/s, please email us to receive a return authorization. In many cases, the problem could be resolved without the goods being returned. You will need to pay the shipping to return any product/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If your products were damaged by the courier, you need to let us know immediately, so we can take the neccessary action to remedy the problem.
