At Haum of Yoga we provide the opportunity to practice living life with strength, grace and ease!We are priviledged to have well trained and experienced teachers teaching at The Haum of Yoga. Every teacher offers something of themselves to the class, and so each teacher will take you on a unique journey. You need to choose a teacher who can take you on the journey that will most serve you in each moment. FOURWAYS and BRYANSTON: In Biancas class you will experience a grounded, soothing, challenging practice. Level 1. Brian will calm you and offer a gentle relaxed experience. Level 1. Brian even manages to cultivate a calming ashtanga experience. Kerry will play between a meditative experience and alignment for a grounding in your body and breath experience. Multilevel classes leading towards being strong but soft. Yvonne is teaching classical yoga. Level 1 for your body. Level 2 for your mind. This is a set sequence that can take you into deep meditative state and by far the most balanced sequence of yoga I have ever practiced regularly! Paul will woo you with a gentle meditative class, and usually adds a little music of hung or other african instrument to aid in relaxation. Level 1. Caro likes a moving challenging class as well as the asanas that feel more like fun than work. Level 1 with a little spice. James will challenge you in a light hearted way with a focus on balancing discipline with compassion Becky will ease you gently into your self, teaching with sincerity and a real caring attitude towards you. Tanya teaches a slow vinyasa flow, infused with anusara style information, alignment technique and spirit! PRETORIA: Candice offers a meditative yet challenging practice Eon will offer a physically challenging class, taught in a unique manner Trevor offers yoga for physical, mental and spiritual wealth Grada offers the following 3 elements in her classes: strength, stretch and balance Lijscha offers an energising yet grounding practice, with focus on breath, self awareness, balance and strength Natasha focuses on combining a set sequence of asanas and pranayama techniques bringing balance to the body and mind. She offers a grounding and fun experience Helen offers a gentle, calming practice that focuses on bring power into the body through breath awareness throughout the practice.
