I was given a pre agreement in Botswana and I'm in cape Town I'm not happy with this service at all
I got a phone call to say that I qualified... Then another phone call to say that I was unsuccessful?.. Then I received a pre agreement in Botswana and I'm in Cape Town.. I have been sending emails after emails and get the same thing over and over again.. I find Dunns has very very bad customer service.. I want my account to be sorted out in Cape Town.. I know that I have a pre agreement now so I want proper service.. Report
