Kelbricks Roof Trusses, the first SABS approved timber roof truss manufacturer in South Africa.We design, manufacture and install roof trusses.Our design office can design all shape and sizes of roof trusses; including attic trusses, exposed trusses, rafters, beams, floor beams.They will assist you in the planning of your new roof or the re-roofing of you building.All roofs are designed by using state-of-the-art designing software from MiTek Systems, developed and backed worldwide by Professional Structural Engineers and Programmers.All trusses fabricated and inspected at the factory under SABS 1900:2002, the ITC (Institute for Timber Construction) which oversees all industry activities which includes, Nail Plate Manufacturing, System certification, Truss Plant certification, training of designers, estimators, detailers, erectors, carpenters, inspections of completed roofs.We supply a wide range of products which includes:SA structural pine, timber, wood, floor joints, floor beams, eco truss connecting products from mitek, hurricane clips, truss hanger, truss boots, heavy duty cleat, brackets, top and bottom cord bracing, t bracing, web bracing, brandering, batten (battens), wall plate, barge, fascia, board, tiles, tile, concrete and clay tiles from: Brickor, Marley Roofing, Lafarge, Rooftile West Rand, Coverland, in the following profiles; Double Roman, Deep Roll Double Roman, Monarch, Mendip, Ludlow, Modern flat tile, Cupola, Elite, Marseille Clay Tile Range.Our main activity is the design and manufacturing of roof trusses. We also supply the full range of accessory roofing products. SABS certified SA Pine timber, ECO truss connecting products, Laminated timber beams, Composite beams, Roof stability bracing, Roof finishing products e.g.. fascia & barge boards, Under tile/sheet insulation products, Concrete roof tiles (RoofTile, Marley & Lafarge) Tapered & V-Ridge Tiles, Rake Verge Tiles & Hip Starters, Metal sheeting (IBR & Corrugated Sheeting in galvanized or chromadek finish).We also have four Class-A erecting contractors in our service, to assist you with your roof erecting needs.Our factory & offices is situated at Brits (the gateway to the Bushveld, 50 km north of Johannesburg and 40 km west of Pretoria), and we deliver our products in a radius of 350 km from Gauteng.Kelbricks Roof Trusses has operated substantially in its present form for nearly 22 years.
