Terrible experience from Incredible connections Clearwater branch especially from management. I have incredible finance which I currently cannot afford to pay due to my recent retrenchment from work. I submitted my documents at Clearwater and have been following up however up to date I still have no feedback. Every time I call in, I speak to a different manager with the same slogan “I will call you back” This is really frustrating, why do we opt and pay for services that can not be fulfilled at our point of need? When we sign contracts we are convinced to take insurance for unforeseen circumstances however there is no one showing seriousness in resolving the issue.

Very very bad service from Incredible connection Baywest, Gqeberha.I purchased a PS 4 bundle (console,extra control and 2 games) on laybye at the end of April 2023.
On Wednesday 2023/07/05, I went to the store to settle my laybye,only to be told by that they sold my merchandise. "But she will order".
On Thursday 2023/07/06, my husband went back to the store, only to wait 40 minutes for "Danelle" to show her face. She then only gave him the PS 4 console and control which was in the box. I phoned "Danelle" on Thursday at 17:00 and was put on hold for almost 5 minutes just to be told she will phone me back which never happened.
On Friday 2023/07/07 my husband went back to the store and spoke to "Ern**t" who informed him that they had every right to sell the merchandise. My question is, what gives incredible connection any right sell my goods when I have been paying every month????
It has been shocking to say the least and while all this was going on, my daughter was waiting patiently at home for her birthday gift.
