One rotten potato spoils the whole bag
I'd like to say 1st of all,Clicks is my go to store however, the Clicks by Olivedale is really giving Clicks a bad reputation.

23 Dec 2023, when my son was discharged from olivedale clinic, I went straight to Clicks ro purchase a Humidifier for him, a very nice gentleman assisted me. Now August 2024 the Humidifier stopped working, this has a 12 months warranty. Decided to take it back to Clicks, I realized since I didn't have the slip,i have the electronic bank statement which shows I purchased something on the 23rd Dec 2023, I got to the store,explained my situation to the lady, that yes I don't have the receipt but I do have the bank statement.She didn't even bother to have a look or try to check from system that the bar code from the packaging was checked out from there. Immediately cos there was no receipt she just dismissed me in the most rudest manner. I had my kids there so I Immediately left as I didn't wanna t
raumatize them by arguing with a rude person. Came to the Clicks near me I. Lonehill, as usual the staff there was amazing, I explained my situation with tye Humidifier, they kindly went to contact the Clicks call center to check if I used my Clicks card which unfortunately I didn't swipe the card on the day of the purchase, they cane back to me told me, that since my bank statement reflect the purchase from olivedale they advised me to go there and ask that, their syste. Should be able to pick up the purchase from last year. They took their time, where not rude nor dismissive and very kind.

The staff at clicks olivedale ( one particular individual) it wouldn't kill you to be kind and try to hear what the customer need or has to say, it goes a long way to be kind sisi.

Just because you are management. You do not need to practice your power over customers.

And she also implied that I was lying they have never sold the brand of the humidifier I had, thi g is one of the ladies behind the counter, confirmed that they did sell the brand and she remembers the brand clearly.

Her lack of people's skills makes me wonder how she managed to get in the position she's in.

Disappointing and giving Clicks Bad reputation
