Bad service and bad attitude
Majority of cashiers at shoprite Jane furse Crossing have bad attitude for days . I work around the complex as well, went there to buy lunch, when I get to the till points, I started by greeting the cashier (*****). Wow the attitude she responded me with, she said I shouldn't talk to her from behind, I should round and come face her before talking to her, with a very bad and stinking attitude. Until i went to the next till to get help from a lovely and smiley lady called **** (BIG UPS GIRL), at least she knows what rendering a good service is and know that a client or customer is actually important, because clients are our bread and butter.The management should really intervene because wow!
