Good dayI was in your franco ceccato store in N1 city. I saw a pair of shoes that i liked. I paid for the shoes via QR scan using my phone. The payment was successful and an of R499.95 was deducted. Yet the payment never reflected on the store side.
I then paid again with my debit card which was again successfully.
So in total i paid R1000 for a pair of shoes of R499.95 .
I have been trying to get my refund but it seem like the manager is reluctant to help me.
