Shoes with leather uppers: • Clean your shoes uppers using cold water, a mild soap solution and a cloth. • Allow the shoes to dry naturally, not in the direct sunlight, oven or next to the heater (You won’t believe us if we tell you that we have had shoes micro waved and the customer asked for a refund!!). • Once dry, apply the correct Meltonian shoe cream or oil. • Buff with a clean dry cloth. Shoes with fabric uppers: • Use the Kiwi Takkie Bright, and follow the instructions on the sachet. • Or half fill a bucket with luke warm water and ad a dash of sunlight liquid. • Soak the shoes for 10 minutes, for stubborn stains scrub your shoes lightly. • Rinse the shoes under a cold tap. • Allow to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. • Shoes with Suede and Nubuck uppers • The key to keeping these shoes looking as good as new is to follow a preventative care plan. • When new spray with Meltonian Protector, • To clean, use the Meltonian Suede or Nubuck cleaner, and either a suede or Nubuck brush. • Once clean allow to dry naturally and reapply the Meltonian Protector. N.B. always remember that shoes should never be washed in a washing machine or force dry cleaned with ammonia based detergents.Shoe Fitting Instructions: Shoe sizes may vary from brand to brand, and often the style of the shoe can also affect the fit.
