Prices for the Products are those that apply at the date the deposit is paid, notwithstanding the date of order or invoice, the intent being that if the deposit is not paid timeously The Kitchen Shop reserves the right to alter the prices to take into account changes in market conditions.The order of goods is in accordance with The Kitchen Shops ordering procedure as set out here. All orders are subject to: (1) Sales order as of acceptance by The Kitchen Shop and (2) Payment of a 50% deposit and (3) Balance is payable as soon as the goods are received at our warehouse. If the goods are in stock at the date of order, then they must be fully paid up at the time of order. If an order is cancelled, then The Kitchen Shop reserves the right, at our discretion, to keep part or all of the deposit to defray any costs or damages including but not limited to interest, storage and any other costs arising out of the cancellation of the order.
