Based on the overwhelming success of the Malmesbury store, a second Kekkel and Kraai was opened in Kraaifontein soon after, also selling fresh and frozen Tydstroom chicken and Nulaid eggs.With some hard work and a steadfast focus on providing fresh, quality chicken products, Kekkel en Kraai expanded rapidly between 1996 and 2012, to 78 shops, spanning most of the Cape, from Vredendal in the Western Cape, to King Williams Town in the Eastern Cape. In doing so, Kekkel en Kraai soon became a household name across the Coastal regions and as far inland as Beaufort Wes!Kekkel en Kraai provides fresh and frozen chicken products.
