Since 1976 we have taken care of our patients eyes, eyesight and their life’s visions by offering professional eyecare and excellent after care services that they can trust. We have 52 practices countrywide and our experienced Optometrists will perform a comprehensive visual examination which includes the following: · Colour vision Screening · Assessment of Depth Perception · Assessment of Intra-Ocular pressure · Assessment of Visual Acuity · Assessment of Visual Fields · Subjective and Objective refractive error measurement at distance and near and the assessment of binocularity, accommodation and convergence. · Biomicroscopic examination to assess anterior segment health · Internal Pathology – Ophthalmoscopy · Keratometry which is necessary for fitting of contact lenses and the detection of irregular corneal anomalies · Free vision screening for your driver’s license and the issue of a vision certificate · Vision training to correct certain muscle and focus imbalances.We perform the fitting of contact lenses/coloured contact lenses as well as the fitting of contact lenses for the correction of corneal irregularities, keratoconus and post corneal grafts. We have a close working relationship with other health professionals to manage any ocular or systemic diseases. Most of our practices stock Single Vision lenses, (Transition, anti-reflex coated, hard coated, UV coated and white lenses). This enables us to have your single vision spectacles ready within 1 hour. We also offer special tariffs for pensioners and welfare patients, which include a frame and lenses on a daily basis. We are also contracted to most medical aids.
