Alberton Store refusing to fix. My necklace
I had bought a necklace at Alberton store for R2000 it was broken withing 3 months. Ok then I thought I was good to go another 3 months that thing was broken again at the very same spot. Like really this time I had lost my till slip and they refused to take it. As a big shop you should be able to check that indeed I have bought this item here instead of just dismissing me like I bought bread. I mean I bought that thing I was loadshedding so a receipt book was used which leave copies I want my money or another necklace and I want quality this time not that thing that keep breaking every minute.im really not happy with how this was handled.
