Poor service
I'm very annoyed and to a point hating the whole brand as cash crusaders.Cash Crusaders campus square or Melville are crooks and lack professionalism. I bought a radio stereo and less than a month if im not mistaken it was malfunction. I took it back as per instruction so that they can take it for repairs. I was told i should expect it in 21 working days.
They took my details and promised to communicat. However, ever since then ive never even in a single day received a call from them. I have to go out of my way now and then and keep on checking if my stereo hasn't been returned from repairs. After probably 20 working days ive returned the stereo i went to check again in the branch. Only to find out now they've broke the screen of the stereo.
This was last week Wednesday. I went back again yesterday 04/07/2023. The store manager took my numbers again promising to give me feedback before end of business but (dololo) nothing.
Im fed up with their poor service i would like to get my money back cause now i seem like a bagger for something i paid for.
Im seeking for assistance to resolve the issue i hope my complaint will be heard
