VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
I am not too sure exactly what is it that I am requested to bring in order to be provided with your services. So last week my friend and I visited Capitec branch in Dobsonville Mall ( Elias Motswaledi ) to open a new account as we recently started on our new job. The first gentleman that was at the door assist us very well however the second gentleman did not do so. His name I think was JUSTIN and this guy spoke to me like I was somewhat slow ..... like I didn’t know how to speak English or even read. At some point he took the paper and showed me how to read what was requested of which I had.
Therefore, please assist me in knowing this ....... Are all these banks from Soweto going to treat us like this ?????
