Valuations: We will do a valuation at risk for a business for sale if we have a sole mandate to sell or for a fee with no commitment. Information Memorandum: This is the key document that buyers are presented with as an overview of the business without disclosing any information that the seller would feel uncomfortable with at the initial stage. Marketing: We use our website, media advertising, networks and direct approaches to market the business. Financial formatting: We will work with the seller and their accountants to ensure that financial information is prepared.
