Bad customer service
Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint about the treatment I receive from your service garage especially the front desk lady named Pinky.
My car has been with you from the 8th of December and Pinky told me it was going to take two weeks to fix it and that did not happen. You then closed for December holidays and I came to your shop on the 6th of January as the shop was said will be opened on the 4th of January. I was then told they had to take out the cylinder head to engineering, I waited without getting any feedback and I have been trying to call and mostly been told Pinky is with other customers and she would come back to me of which she seldom does. Last week Thursday the 27th of January I came through to you garage to inquire about the progress and I was told the engine and the cylinder head were sent to engineering and Pinky called them (engineering) to find out when will they be done,she was told the same day or the following day 28th the latest. There was no communication from Pinky since that day until today the 4th of February I decided to call her and find out about the delay, the reply she gave me was uncalled for as she told me that I am not the only customer there are thousands of customers she deals with and I should wait for her call. I am now going to a third month without a car and I feel it hasn't been attended to as it should. This text will also be forwarded to Bosch Service Head Office
