Beluga restaurant began life in 1999 as a French-styled fine dining restaurant to immediate acclaim by being voted one of the top 60 restaurants in the world.Our menu started off small and very French, with loads of French terms and jus and so forth. In 2006 we decided it was time to reinvent Beluga, and over the next few years we made some really great changes. We added sushi to our new menu, which we expanded and began redeveloping around three times a year.Over time we had to increase our seating from 120 to 400 seats. We have served princes, presidents, sport stars, Man United as well as whole hoast of celebrity chefs, singers and actors. We?
