Burned Food and Cold Food
Good Day as you can see on my photo my food was Burned and cold when i did received it. I am very un happy i normally buy with fishways every week now i will think 2 times before ordering from them againOrder #88342783 I see now i can't put the photo on there this is very bad.

Disgusting Behavior
On the 25th of June 2023 I went to Fishaways in Viking to order my daily dose of amazing food..I'm currently pregnant and it very visible that I am in this condition, before I order I was soboreasedbtobuse the ladies and couldn't hold it in because of my situation. A lady(Yandisa) saw I'm uncomfortable and asked if I'm okay, I then told her I really need to use the ladies room.
She quickly rushed me to the back and as soon as I'm at the toilet door the manager(Lillian Deco) I started screaming at the both of us, at this point I need to pee, she said who the hell am I and must get out immediately after I tried to tell her I'm presses she said it's not her problem. A whole manager is a woman denying another pregnant woman to relieve herself in a time where it's honestly out if my control, she kept in yelling at Yandisa as to why she's assisting me instead of serving other people.. Long story short I the staff members at Sasol gbe me their private toilet but it as too late I messed on myself..
So you understand the embarrassment I hurt and trauma from that time dealing with, there were 2 gentleman there who were just confused and angry at how this could happen especially to a pregnant woman..
I'm so disappointed in the Manager Lillian Delo, I didn't want or need special treatment but Customer Service goes ubove and beyond this.. I'm bruised.. She doesn't deserve to be there honestly this is pathetic
The camera footage should show this whole thing, I can provide time and date and order number..
