Poor service from manager and waiter
I went to cappuccino's (mall@carnival) on the 23rd of June, wanted an Eisbine, unfortunately it was not available, we then asked the waiter to phone springs mall to check for us, not knowing it has closed down.The waiter came back claiming he phoned and the Eisbine is available there. We drove to springs mall for nothing. I reported the matter to the manager(Ntombi) at Carnival mall but she has not bothered to call back with the report.
Please see to it that you attend this matter because I wasted my petrol going to the other mall for nothing, the waiter was suppose to offer something else, instead of letting us go to Springs mall
