Myda is in charge and very passionate about catering, cakes and cooking. She is a qualified Chef and a experience Pastry Chef. I am a qualified Chef, with a diploma from Prue Leith College in Centurion, Pretoria. I have also done a cake decorating course, where I have learnt all the skills in Cake decorating. I love my work. I am, what you will call a typical Pastry Chef. If I could bake all day, every day, I will be satisfied. Everything I do is hand made. Thus I sit hours making every individual item and detail that go on my cupcakes and cakes. Doesnt your heart jump when you see the prettiest little cupcake?
