Rude Staff
Good MorningSaturday i placed a order as usual for a Mega Breakfast with an extra patty, through Uber Eats
The order was never delivered, so I called the store to find out if the driver collected the order and they advised they did, I asked them if they could possibly speak to the Driver as it never reached me, Very rude staff you have indeed basically told me it is not there problem they are not there to sort out my issues and i need to contact Uber eats,
I contacted Uber Eats and discovered the driver went to a complete different address than what is on my app, I lodged a complained with Uber eats,
I contacted the store again and spoke to a very rude female manager whereby I only wanted her to find out by the driver if he did not maybe bring back my order to the store as i was charged for it, Her reply was mam again I am telling you it is not our problem and they will not assist me,
I placed many many orders through Uber eats to the this Wimpy never had a problem and was never spoken to in such a rude disrespectful way.
All I wanted to know if they cannot perhaps speak to the driver as she new the driver who collected my order, so I paid for an order and the driver must have enjoyed my order
I am shocked to the core that a large company like wimpy employs staff who is so rude,
