Very disappointing!!
Every time my boyfriend and I travel to Namibia we always stop at the Klawer Wimpy to get a mega cappuccino. We usually get friendly smiles and great service. We had been told by the staff long ago that they use long live milk for their cappuccinos/coffees etc, so we do what we always do and buy a small fresh milk from the Engen. On Friday 21 August 2015, I was treated so rudely by a blonde lady manager. I was just too shocked to get her name but she gave me SO much attitude for wanting to use the milk that we'd bought at Engen and rolled her eyes at me and told me that they do "use this milk". I do not think that this is acceptable, especially from a manager. The customer is always right, and if I wanted to put chocolate milk in my cappuccino (for example) then there should be no issues and especially no attitude! I am very disappointed by how this one lady put such a bad taste in my mouth while on a long drive to Namibia.
