The typical European style guest house has a main entrance and twin bed guest rooms with en-suite showers. The establishment is located in the Centre of the picturesque malaria free mountain village of Sabie. At the beginning of the Panorama Route, it is an ideal base from which to explore the many interesting sights such as Blyde River Canyon, Waterfalls, God's Window and many other Attractions. The famous Kruger National Park can also be reached within a 30 minute drive by car. Your hosts are happy to provide detailed information and insider tips for day trips so that guests can spend an unforgettable time in this fascinating region of Mpumalanga.

Villa Ticino Guest House offers six spacious en-suite guest rooms, and all with private patio or private balcony. The light, timeless rooms are all in the Mediterranean Ticino style enhanced by warm wooden tones and one room is with an African touch. Beds, in different sizes being mainly twin beds, one queen size bed and one king size bed by prior arrangement, are adorned with quality embroidered percale linen. For the comfort and wellbeing of all our guests we regret, no smoking in doors.

All our well-equipped and user-friendly guest rooms open up onto a covered private patio or private balcony with garden view. The size of each en-suite room including private patio or private balcony is a minimum of 32 sqm. Every guest room has one parking bay at its disposal allocated at the fenced in parking area which is locked during night.
