I stopped paying my invoces as I tried numerous times to contact Telkom.
1. I had suspicious mail,. all from telkomsa email addresses. I sent several queries, no response!
2. I asked how to EFT, several times.... no response.
3. I phoned numbers which I found on the website. "This phone number does not exist.
I am willing to pay the arrears if I get answers and a response,

Telkom illegally debiting my account
I want to report that telkom has been billing me for a contract I dnt have. To the extent that it is affecting my credit record.

Telkom sandton store has repeatedly called and email the head office to ask them to correct the error but nothing has been done.telkom sandton mananger told me to go directly to the head office to tell them to stop billing me because they have done everything and the head office is not taking action.

I am out of options now. They are debiting my account on a monthly basis and they have handed me over to debt collectors . When I explain I dnt have a cellphone contract with telkom they say they will sort it and nothing happens.

This has been going on since December 2016 and on a monthly basis they debit my account.


This needs to stop it is now affecting my credit rating as I am not listed as a defaulted by telkom
